That pesky WABBIT watches as #54 circles the bend.

My very first. A Kalamazoo 0-4-0 in Soo line colors. See what happens when ones' wife says 'I would love a big train around the Christmas Tree'!

"Hmmmmmmm, lets' see, the ISP wants the T1 so that the PPP ... or is it the ISDN has to be connected too ... ohhhhh, the HECK with it, I'll just connect the same color wires."

A long forgotten 1:25 Ford model kit which included phone company decals along with an LGB figure.

I hope he is not in any hurry ...

Pola dominates this scene. The building, tractor and all figures except the harmonica player( from Kalamazoo ) are Pola. The Western Pacific is a USA Trains all steel boxcar.

One of my students rushing to class?

The tractor and trailer are from Pola. Sprayed with Dullcote, and heavily weathered, it makes for an impressive piece.

Setting Out The Hoppers

Partial front of the Hoods plant complete with Preiser bird on the Model Power light. Does anyone know if they make scale ... oh, nevermind.

Where DID that coupler spring go to?

An LGB low-sided gondola is inspected by a Kalamazoo figure. All cars use Kadee G - Scale couplers but if I was starting out now, I would use #1 scale. Kadee 'Under the table' HO uncoupler magnets were mounted on top the LGB ties. The sides of the LGB track were painted with Polly-S Rust which 'reduced' the height of the rail dramatically. The ballast is cheap kitty-liter secured with diluted white glue. And no, in 10 years, the cats never used it!

Set A Spell, Take Yer Shoes Off, ...

Johnsons Dry Goods from Pola is heavily detailed with metal signs found in the doll house section at train/toy shows. Additional junk, boxes, sacks, barrels including cases of Coca-Cola that were accessories for the Christmas Coca-Cola lighted houses are stockpiled outside the store. Many of the barrels wear Woodland Scenic Dry Transfer gasoline company logos.
